I had a great experience with my technician Sal. He was very professional and corrected my drainage problem with expertise Jackie
I called Drain Right on Monday to set up an appointment for the next day to check a leaky toilet. It turned out that both the wax seal underneath and the floater valve needed replacing. After that was done, it was determined that the shut-off valve from the wall was not letting enough water in to allow toilet to fill quickly. In trying to place that valve it was determined that Triangle Construction had used "thin" copper piping which was crimping when Drain Right was trying to fix the connection. Recommendedi want to thank zakiyyak m for helping me find the site to say my wife and i are thankful for finding drainright to do the work on our home drain in the kitchen that was found to be only a small part of our problem ! our home is 75 + years old and the drain line and sewer laderal was in poor condition! we opted to replace the works.the crew and Ever Bol did a perfect job we could not be happier! on completion the crew cleaned the work area of all debres thank you charles cobley and wife donna.

In the past, Eric has provided very detailed information about the problems so that my father could make a well informed decision. This great service was followed up 2 years later with a courtesy inspection to ensure potential problems could be addressed beforehand.
