I needed to have a drain pan installed in my upstairs laundry room in order to accept delivery of a new washing machine the next morning. It was difficult for me to get other plumbers to make the time to fix a problem with the drain being a little above the base of the floor. I was very very happy with Jose he was very professional
Collin was on time and did a great job in clearing the clog which caused water from the washing machine to overflow when it drained. However the cleanout access pipe was so old and would no longer accept the drain plug and there was leakage when the washing machine drained. Collin suggested a removal of the portion of the drain pipe and replacement with a plastic one; estimate $500-1100. After several different attempts on my part to fix this problem I corrected it with a $3.36 rubber cap from Home Depot which fixed the leak... read more
We have used this company twice and they are excellent. We had a flood and Stephen went out of his way to help us. Way beyond what you would expect. And it was 10:30 PM! I recommend them highly
I called this company to where very polite and most of all on time. There where very honest and truthful with me.... I will use them again.... P.S. very clean when entering inside my house.... I like that...
