Prompt, nice, helpful.
Plumber came to clear my toilet and shower drain. There was leakage so I asked if he could come earlier than the assigned date and time. He said he could but did not show up, and didn't call. He did show up at the assigned time and date, saying they were too busy to come sooner. A phone call would have been nice! The drain was cleared but I did not have confidence it would stay that way. Plumber did not clean up the mess he left and left me with two dirty gloves for me to throw away - he did ask me if okay. It was just a lou... read more
