The work was performed well, they had fantastic customer service and fair and excellent pricing. The final cost was actually less than what I was initially quoted. My only negative was that while they arrived within the initial window they gave me, the plumber then evaluated my project and went to get parts which took an additional 30-45 minutes.

I had a leak (as identified by my large water bill) and Mike Hardy identified two leaking toilets. He replaced the valves which seemed a little pricey for what he did but I paid it. As he was leaving it occurred to me that I had never heard the water (which is loud in my house). It seems like he would have tested the toilets he worked on but I didn't think too much of it. I felt the fee was too high for 10 min of actual work. He adjusted it a bit. But the work and customer service were good.
The plumber was very nice and explained exactly how he was going to do the repair; first the waxring on the toilet and then the leaky pipe. Everything was fixed, he was prompt and left no mess. Charges were high to me but I guess that is what you have to pay a plumber these days.

Working with Mike was really easy. We had a short timeline, and he was able to accommodate our schedule. The work was completed quickly, and he offered the best pricing we could find.
Overall I had a good experience with this company. The first time the plumber came out, he tightened a bolt to "fix" our mainline and charged us for the call; but when we realized the entire valve needed to be replaced, he returned to fix it and did not charge us for a second house call and only charged for the cost of the part.
