Easy to work with
Show up on time, job was professionally done. Service charge is high, labor is $350 per two hour.
Replaced water heater. Price was reasonable and job was executed properly. Would use them again.
Plumber arrived on time which was nice. Didn't have a quote before he got here though. My fault. He charged me $150 for installing a faucet that I had already bought for $200, and $150 for installing an O Ring in the bathroom faucet that he had to go go to our local Home Depot to get. He charged me $29 for parts (an extension hose for kitchen faucet and O ring ) to which he kept the entire purchase of O Rings which I obviously paid for. I was not sure how complicated my project would be. And I was expecting a much bigger bill. He was honest and upfront and told me exactly what he was going to charge and it ended up costing 1/3 what I expected. I have seen some rip you off for ignorance...not the group. Would rehire in a minute!
Took care of several small projects for us at a reasonable price.
Tyler was very nice and professional! He did a great job!
We had them install new shower valve, faucet, & showerhead, moving all up about 6" (original pipes were exposed, because we demo'ed our bathroom). Great customer service, great work, great price (half what another company quoted) - enough said. We will definitely call them first for our next plumbing service need.
