Superb...prompt...very effective service on a holiday...This company is my plumbing service provider of choice after 18 years in the Jackson area.
I would recommend Drain Go to anyone with plumbing problems. They are efficient, honesty and trustworthy. I had some facets replaced and lines renewed, It was a pleasure to have them in my house. It was a very positive experience.
The technicians were great and polite. They were very courteous and they got the job done and explained what the problem was and how they fixed it. I am very pleased with them, and will be using them again, if needed.
Problem not resolved, staff and plumbers are not professional.
