Dr Shulkin is the absolute Best ! You feel he is treating a person and not just a patient . At 87 I was having trouble seeing due to droopy eyelids. Met with Dr. Shulkin who answered my million questions with unlimited patience. Surgery went well and now I can read the smallest print on the prescription bottle, Don’t wait. make an appointment now !!!
A YOUNG DOCTOR WITH A SWEET TENDER LOVING CARE FOR HIS PATIENT
I have struggled with double vision for years. Even with prisms in my glasses I would sometimes see double. This has kept me from doing many things I wanted to do in my life. A week after muscle surgery I am no longer seeing double! I was pleased with the whole process with Dr. Shulkin. This will truly change my life and I am very grateful!
In June of 2020 I started having double vision. July, I started having headaches and hearing sounds that sounded like puppies, kitties, and seagulls. September noises changed to swooshing. It was a very nice experience for my 6 years old baby girl Ruth Joy. Easy to communicate with him and understanding our needs and situations, efficiency in diagnosing, above all Dr. Shulkin is humble, capable very compassionate person. We respect his professional approach.
My optometrist referred me to Dr. Shulkin to look at my recent development of strabismus, which I had as a young child many years ago but had returned some 50 years later. My initial exam, subsequent surgery and follow-up visits were all great!! My strabismus is gone and Dr. Shulkin-super positive, great demeanor, all-time best bedside manner. Can't recommend him enough!!
My primary ophthalmologist referred me to Dr Shulkin and it was godsend. He took me in the same day as he knew my case was urgent. He was instrumental in diagnosing me with rare but dangerous carotid cavernous fistula which caused me to have migraine headaches for months and then sudden non-painful red/swollen left eye. I found Dr. Shulkin to be a very confident, caring and efficient doctor. He knows his trade well and his office staff reflects this trait in their speed and efficiency in handling office visits.
