Laura was my technician and it was my first time meeting her. She has the lightest touch in your mouth. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my visit as always. Dr. Ward has been my dentist for over 10 years and I feel blessed that she is on my health team.
One or two reminders not 5 or 6 or more would be preferable.
Laura was awesome and professional. Their is a nice warm atmosphere there. Dr. Ward is a wonderful dentist.
The hours don't mesh well with my 8-5 job. The location is close to home but not to my job. Because of that and my work hours I always have to make my appts at the end of the day. The latest I can get in is 3;30 so I always have to leave with an hour and a half left in my work day (not including travel time). It would be great if you were open on Saturdays or even 7am one day out of the week. The dental hygienist is amazing!!! Very friendly. Is it possible to limit the number of appointment reminders?
