I love lynette she is very good and gentle.
My hygenist, Lauren, was very good. She did a very good cleaning and was very gentle. She was also very pleasant.
Lynette was very professional and explained everything throughout the procedure. She did a great job and it didn't hurt at all. She was very patient and I felt very comfortable with her during the procedure. From the financial aspect, it would be helpful to know how much to expect to pay for future procedures upfront to allow for planning of dental expenses so that the patient won't be hit with a shocker expense upon leaving the office, ie; how much payment will be expected for the next visit, or the down payment and balance... read more

I continue to be a patient because of the excellent care I receive here I recommend Dr Ward whenever asked. I don't dread or fear my visits.
I had a concern which I would have greatly appreciated Doctor Ward just taking a look at, even though a diagnosis could not be determined and the dental hygienist felt everything was OK. You just feel more assured if you can get that professional opinion. So being that I have been a client of Doctor Wards for a number of years, this was I believe my 1st disappointment.Its minor, but I do appreciate the chance to express it.(that helps,smile). Thank you.
Laura was and new employee and was very professional on greeting me and cleaning my teeth.I like the post card coming to my home, reminder for appointment. I was not happy with the 3 texts on my cell phone. I do not have that text service.
Everyone is exceptionally friendly and I was put at ease. It is not easy going to the dentist and seeing all of the instruments that they use that looks dangerous and feel nothing but peace while the procedure is taking place. Kudos to the office staff for a job well done. My only suggestion is to keep doing what you are doing.
