Please, cut down on the texting me the week before I do not have text service. I have to paid for all of my text messages, pictures and etc. Calling me at my home phone the day before is great.
The hygienist was really great but your assistant was amazing!!!
I recommend Dr Winsome-Ward to whomever asks. I felt a tad bit uncomfortable with my hygenist this time though. I felt that she was a little apprehensive.
I love the new text confirmation system. If I confirm my appointment either by phone or text, please mark me as confirmed and do not keep calling daily for further confirmation. Continuing to call defeats the point of my text confirmation.

Always great interactions and care, however the waiting room smelled very, very strongly of cigarettes, so much that it was overwhelming. I'm aware that this was likely out of the control of the office as it probably was another patient, but it was poorly ventilated.
I've been coming for years and I feel so blessed to have Dr. Ward and her team taking care of my teeth. Mary
