Love, love, love Chris he is so funny, he made me relax and feel very comfortable. That's not easy when you're there for an Extraction. The staff as always was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Dr. Harry-Ward. Never felt judged or put down, because of my dental problems.
The Dental Assistant was friendly and informative as she took me on a tour of the facility and she explained every procedure so I was aware of what was going on.

Dr Ward and her staff made my dental visit very comfortable.
I thought the visit yesterday was great. I'm the poster child for people who are afraid of the dentist, but the experience has been totally positive.
The ladies in scheduling and billkng, Chris, dental hygienists and of course, Dr. Henry-Ward - my visits were of the utmost courtesy and professionalism!

The team is nice but the cultural of the office seems up tight. Relax. I believe in customer service and when dealing with the patient a smile and being polite can go a long way. Also when a price is quoted it needs to remain that price regardless of what happens with the ins company or do not quote a price until you know for sure.
All went well. I don't remember names well so does the staff wear name tags? I'm usually trying to get to work, so I don't have much time to talk after the appointment. I did get good info on the cost of the implants and that was needed. The staff is always very helpful and nice.
