After decades of seeing high-quality dermatologists in Long Island and Silicon Valley without issue, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The front desk staff, who appears to be the only person managing the office and may have a personal connection to the provider, has been consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Dr Chu is very approachable, knowledgeable, willing to explain and listen to patient, not rushing, possesses many good qualities. The staff is also very courteous and professional.
I just had a treatment from Dr. Chu. I really liked her kind, quick, clear explanation and skillful treatment. Also staffs were very kind, too.
