Very responsive and caring. He gives a thorough and understandable narrative analysis of the why's and what to do to take good care of one's eyes. When I called with an emergency, he stayed late to accommodate me and take care of my eye. Dr. Smith is a rare treasure to his profession. Nam-Yong Horn
