Dr. Smith and staff continue to provide an excellent, full exam. All questions are answered. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time.
Dr Roeske is like a Ray of Sunshine when he walks into the examination room as he Brings Compassion and Caring which shows he Cares for his patients. Dr Roeske explains each detail in terms that the layperson can understand and he Sprinkles Humor throughout the appointment which helps one remember what he is sharing will be the next step for Clear Sight. I share with everyone I know that this is the location and Surgeon they should meet with for any of their visions needs.
Dr. Berwyn Smith makes you feel like one of his Family members as soon as he walks into the room for your appointment. His Compassion and Caring is one of the First things you see when you look at his face. Dr. Smith's Smile makes you feel as if you have known each other for lifetimes. Very thorough in explaining to the patient, the results of tests, the consequences of procedures and very accommodating to his patiens.
Dr explains all aspects of his diagnosis with eye exams and tests performed.
Though I had to wait a while to see him, I knew he would take just as much of his time with me
Dr. Smith saw me for an irritation in my eye. His examination was very thorough and made me feel confident with his professionalism. He gave me his cell phone number in case the eye did not improve and two days later someone from the office called to make sure the eye was getting better. I have already recommended him to several people.
Doctor Smith is highly knowledgeable, detailed in his examination of your eyes, and personable. So glad he hasn’t retired! We need more doctors like him.
