I would definitely recommend Dr. Chang to a friend. She is straightforward and concise, and she assumes you have done your research, but she is very kind, as well. We were at the Ventura office, where she only is one day a week, so we only saw Dr. Chang during our first few initial diagnosis visits, during the actual IVF process (done in Beverly Hills), and during the first and last pregnancy visits, but I spoke on the phone with her several other times. The best. Thorough, knowledgable, caring, informative. She made very possible effort to get us pregnant and did.

My wife and I went to Dr. Chang for IUI and IVF treatments. Dr. Chang, while obviously knowledgeable, didn't demonstrate positive bedside manner. On several occasions, when questioned why she was making certain decisions, she became defensive and began spouting lots of numbers and statistics, when all we really needed was reassurance that everything was as it needed to be.
