The administration personnel are very inpatient to patients. Told me will submit prescription to cvs, but I never get it, go to cvs twice, nothing, went back to doctor office, told me will consult doctor, and let me know, never happen.
The front desk person told me she will mail my husband's report to my house and I never received it.
Dr. Wang is knowledgeable and full of patience. We were slow due to disability, he did beyond his duty. We need this kind if physician who care about patients and know how to Care.
Never find this place easy for making an appointment. I would like to schedule an afternoon appointment after 3:30pm. The operator told me that the doctor latest appointment on next week is 2ish. I can't schedule a late appointment unless other people will fill in the schedule around 3ish. Please call back few days later and see if you can make any appointment after 3:30pm. Notes: their office hours is from 9am to 5pm.
