I will not be back. I've been here many times in the past 4 years but, the last 3-4 times have been a huge disappointment. Today it looked like a group of 5 year olds washed my truck. Swirls on the bumpers, grill, windshield, and the rims hadn't even been touched. I complained, they wiped at it again, no change. I didn't have time for them to run it again. The manager gives me 10% off my next wash. HA! 10% off of a half wash? Screw you. Sorry excuse for a car wash.
My left tail light and tag was ripped off my vehicle. The bumper was deeply scratched in the process. I was told not to worry about it, they would take care of it. The last week an a half I was told they would fix my Jeep. I am now being told that they are not going to fix it! My taillight and tag are dangling off of my vehicle! I wouldn't recommend using this car wash! This all happened at the City square car wash. That is owned by Dr. Wash Carwash. I was told by Micheal, the manager, Good Luck getting it fixed.
THE WORST CAR WASH FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, THEIR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PERFORMING A QUALITY VEHICLE WASH DOES NOT EXIST. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL DEFINITEY NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE..
For $45 I had to sit there and still wipe down my car. This is the worst car wash for the price. Don't go here. Go to car wash off exit 216 in gas station. Cheaper and more detail. They care about their customers rating. Even told the guy who said my car was ready how dissatisfied I was and didn't even offer to get manager.
I tried to go get a wash at 5:12. They are open until 6:00. When I pulled up there was a car at the vacuum station and an employee standing at the open bay door. I pulled around back and found the drive blocked by cones over the hose that would ring to let them know a customer was there. After sitting there a while I gave up, turned around, and left. They missed a customer, but looking at the comments on here I bet there really don't care.
I really wish I would've read the reviews before going to this car wash. I am very disappointed in the way they "washed" my car. The people aren't very friendly either. I came out to find a rip in my ceiling interior...will include pic...my husband called up there because I'm 38 weeks pregnant and don't feel like being stressed out. Trash poor customer service halfwash my and would not re wash.!!! This was good place . NOW I WOULD NOT LET THEM WASH MY TRASH CAN!!!
