Just paid $31 to get my truck washed. Had to spend 15 minutes after getting home cleaning all the spots they missed! Terrible car wash will never go back!
Scratched my tint on my window and tried to give me the run around, plus the wash job was terrible. Did I really just pay $30 to have my car look dirty and damaged?
SHENNA IS THE BOMB. She took my car back through after they obviously didn't wash it right the first time. Whoever is the manager needs to recognize her in some way! She deserves it, seriously!
Will never go back there again. Terrible job on my car. It's been bad in the past but this was Worse yet.
Do not use DR Wash! They do not know how to wash cars. Drive a little further north and go to Eagles Landing. This place is awful. They don't even know how to clean a window. UPDATE: April 2016, Still awful! Put my husband's floor mat in someone else's car! Seriously?! No we didn't get it back. Shame on us for giving them a second chance. Truck wasn't even clean. Won't ever go back.
I have been going to Dr. Wash in McDonough for years, even though it hasn't always been "Dr. Wash". They have always given great service and strived to make the customers happy. My feelings and thoughts have suddenly changed. I have a new Buick and took my car there for the "Deluxe cleaning" and when they were through with it, they have cleaned my odometer covering, the rpm covering with a film that cannot be removed! If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! Place is a joke,,we had our phone stolen out of our vehicle buy one of the employees,when we noticed it was gone we called it and heard it ringing in the guys pocket,so we confront him and he says he don't have it and walks away,,we call police and make a report and when the police got there they found the back of the phone on the ground where the guy was standing when he walked away from us...still to this day the guy is working there and nothing was done about it oh and he was a manager b... read more
