Don't go to DR WASH on hwy 81 in mcdonough. I went Saturday and paid for the diamond wash. Paid 50 for the worst hand wash and detail service ever. I called Saturday when I got home and was able to see everything in the sun. I was told by AMANDA that there was no management there when I called. No manager or assistant manager. I ask could I come back and get my car rewashed and was told only management could approve that. Cracked my sons engine because oil change was not done properly! Do not ever go to this place!
Very poor customer service by the employees. I actually feel sorry for the owner. They were so mean to her! Long long wait times!
This place is a joke. The owners are a trash excuse for human beings. You will be charged additonal junk fees if you have anything larger than a sedan, which makes no sense. It doesn't take any more chemicals or water to run a truck through their machine (which will rip your car apart) however, they will charge extra just because they can. The work is absolutely subpar, my dog could do a better job. No one is trained on how to do the job. Worst car wash I've ever seen. Bunch of lazy employees and tried to charge me $12 extra because they had to wash it in the parking lot because my car was too low to fit in bay. Car looks the same - just wet!! Will never go back!!

Hiding going to doctor wash or 10 years I have never had a problem if they wouldn't fix right away when they are very busy it will take longer you have to understand that and if there is an issue I will fix it right away they are trying very hard to make your car look good and you be happy with it I will always give them 5 stars just for at their effort and understanding when you do tell them there is something not right You must give them a chance to prove their self in half patience everybody wouldn't wash a car like you w... read more
