Ruined a friends car. Beware everyone!!
They changed oil and then we noticed oil leak in daughters car...took to get it checked out they didnt tighten oil plug. Also cheated mother in law
Costs too much! Price increased just recently. This is my last visit! Either the owner figures out that they have now priced themselves out of the market or this business will shut the doors. Evidently I’m one of the last people to find out as I was the only person there.
after breaking passenger outside handle and employee idmitting to pulling it open to hard so the door would not shut at all, the owner did not want to even look at it, saying it was previous damage. tried to explain I did not drive the car there with the door open. no apologies or anything, just rude as ......! Beware Do Not Use!!!!!
Took my truck there for a hand wash and ended up with a significant scratch in rear drivers side door. No employee seemed to care. Told me to come back next day when the manager was on site. Returned next day and all she had to say was “this isn’t something we do” and “to file a police report and see what happens”. Don’t normally write reviews but this was not the first time I’ve had issues from here. Others I could easily fix or finish for them with minimal cost or effort. They do not give you a summary of your oil change and what they checked ( tires, window wash etc. and they do not record with vin number. When asked, response was “ we don’t have a computer anymore” WHAT??? In 2019.. 70 dollars and you don’t record or check things. NEVER AGAIN
I’d NEVER go there! EVER! I’ve heard the absolute worst things about this place - on a regular basis. I’d definitely go somewhere else. Look at the reviews- they are horrible. The worst part is that the management take zero responsibility for all of their mistakes.
