Auto wash will damage vehicle. Oil change, they leave old filter. management is pathetic. avoid this place like the plague.
Last Christmas, my mother-in-law gave my wife a $72 gift card to this place. Today they used it for the first time, and they refused to honor it -- they kept the card, too. My wife said there was NO expiration date on the card. These people are nothing but thieves.
Took my car for an oil change and next day my engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic and they messed up a spark plug and needed to be replaced for $200 and didn’t offer to pay for the damages they did to my car!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Do not take your car there if you take pride in a clean car they slopped over mine did not vacuum out the back dirty water running down the door second time around you would think I would learn the first time that I gave him another chance and again should’ve followed my gut instinct, it was not the cheapest can’t find good help
Here's another very pleased one of our regular customer review. Thank you Advanced roofing! I am positing his truck we have done on 4/26/2019 upon his permission. We are human. sometime good and sometime so and so may be. But our Dr. Wash McDonough staffs are striving to perform fair and honest service everyday.
Some people have given mediocre or bad reviews but I guess each experience is different. My truck was FILTHY inside and out and it took an hour but final result was immaculate. Looks like a new truck. I was VERY pleased.and tipped accordingly. Just sayin’.
Firstly I spent $50 on the highest price car wash. Was suppose to have my mats shampooed, which they did not. The mud on the seat is obviously from my kid which they didn’t bother wiping off. They washed my car the same as the people that purchased the cheaper wash. I can do better myself and will not be back. I spent $50 and should not have had to come home and wash my car again!! Don’t waste your money, I will spend $10 a the 3 minute wash from now on!!
