Great experience with Dr. Adler and the staff supporting him. He was very patient, joined in with the banter/jokes of my teen boys - easing the stress of the event/injury. Injury healed well! :)
Extremely Disappointed!!! Negligent Care for My Son!! I am deeply upset and frustrated with the care my son received with this ”doctor” at the urgent care. My son presented with symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, and my husband specifically asked DR. VLAD ADLER about the possibility of appendicitis but he diagnosed him with a viral infection without performing any tests or further investigation. I was having chest pains after getting over what I thought was a cold. I decided to go to Urgent Care because I assumed the chest pain was gas & I had it for 2 consecutive days at that point. Saw Dr. Adler, who confirmed that my chest pain was trapped gas & also informed me that my cold was actually an ear infection. He was very professional, nice & actually funny! Very rude! If i had kids, i would NEVER take them to him! No personality! Pushy! Don’t recommend. My niece goes here and i had to take her one day. Everyone is going through it in this world! Be kind! Or leave!
