Absolutely the most unprofessional pediatrician in central Florida. Completely lacking basic knowledge of current medical topics - and most disturbing displays ZERO empathy patients concerns. If you’re lucky enough to read this - choose another pediatrician.
Dr. Ghayal is thoughtful and caring. She is also down to earth and understanding. She is not quick to order unnecessary antibiotics but will let you know if something should run it's course and how to monitor the condition. My son was born premature (27 weeks) and I talked to over a dozed pediatricians who did not want to accept my preemie as a patient. She took him on and has kept him on track for over 13 years. My nieces have also seen her and we all agree she is great.
I was underwhelmed by Dr. Ghayal's lack of basic professional skills.
Both of my girls have seen Dr. Ghayal since birth. She always takes her time to explain anything I want to know, and she isn't quick to rx antibiotics which I appreciate. She is a genuinely caring person.
Good listener and good knowledge. Communicates well with child and parent.
