I made an appointment with Dr. Srikumaran, but when I arrived for my appointment I was old I would be seeing Peter Newman, PA. At the time I was confused. Perhaps Dr. Srikumaran was ill and I would see him during my next visit. No. I've had this bait and switch before and it's infuriating. Make sure you know who you are going to be seeing.

I suffered a serious fracture of my dominant right shoulder as a result of a fall. It was a mess, and my preference was for a Johns Hopkins orthopedic surgeon. I was fortunate that Dr. Uma was able to perform my total reverse shoulder replacement, and the surgery went very well. I have now recovered from the surgery and physical therapy, and I'm getting most of the function back in my shoulder and arm. Dr. Uma is a very skilled surgeon and quite personable.

Dr. Srikumaran and his staff made me comfortable and confident with the team. I had no concerns. My wife was kept current on everything that occurred from initial pre-op to discharge. Follow-ups are well planned; all questions are satisfactorily answered. Very pleased with complete experience.

Absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the problem right after 1 test. He then corrected the problem immediately. I would recommend his care to anyone and everyone. His staff is also at the top with him. Great overall experience.

Dr. Uma is great. He did a reverse shoulder replacement. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to take his time to answer all your questions. You never seem rushed during appointments and appointments start on time which is almost unheard of these days. His whole staff is very friendly from the front desk, to x-ray techs and practitioners. I hardly had any pain after the surgery. I am still in recovery and haven’t started pt yet. So far the experience with Dr. Uma and his team has been great!

Dr. Srikumaran is an Amazing Orthopedic Surgeon! I am so glad that I chose him to perform my rotator cuff and biceps repair surgery! He knows what he is doing, has excellent bedside manners, excellent patient rapport, friendly, answers all questions, respectful, very informative , honest, neat and and I love his staff too! Dr Srikumaran operated on my shoulder for rotator cuff repair. I had a completely torn tendon and 2 severe partial tears along with the biceps muscle torn from bone. Nine anchors in total were installed. I have been VERY satisfied with Dr. Srikumaran and highly recommend. He has what I would call a "quiet confidence". Very kind, listened to my problems with my right arm which I had several. Very knowledgeable of my problems and how to fix them. I feel confident that he can fix my arm and get it working correctly after almost 3years of issues and then on top of everything a broken arm. The staff was also very kind as well.
