The service was great, though there was a bit of confusion with their standard practice including a service outside of what’s covered in a standard eye exam. However, they were kind enough to waive the additional fees due to the lack of communication. Also, their blood pressure machine is not suited for larger arms. Their machine put my blood pressure in stroke territory but both the machine at urgent care and at home had my blood pressure in normal range. Friendly staff, efficient and quick exam, but thorough eye exam. I felt well taken care of and not pushed. Modern tech used for advanced eye care! Thanks so much - also David of Lens Crafters adjoining to Dr Carlson’s office was helpful and friendly getting us the best glasses for value.
