I could not have been more impressed with the expertise and kindness shown by the entire staff, from receptionist to initial eye examiner to Dr. Kinsey. They were thorough and explained each step of my eye exam from start to finish. Friendly and accommodating in every way. 5 star experience from someone who has worked in healthcare for decades.
Dr Stacy was very thorough and I appreciated the time he took with me.
Scheduling is a disaster!!! Not the first time. I arrived on time! The staff did a pre-test then sent me back to the waiting area. I asked, “how much longer? I was told there was a computer problem and another had been scheduled for the same time. I could see there was a back-up; therefore, I opted to come back. I personally don’t believe, their time is more important, than MY time. I am considering not continuing my examinations due to their lack of respect!!!!
Nice people. Fixed my glasses, and now I can see again.
