Dr. Tom identified my limb length discrepancy in 1994 after we had gone to several doctors about me stumbling and falling. 1.5 inches is a big difference on a 4-year-old! I appreciate that he took the time to listen to my mom, fully examine all the evidence, and literally get down eye-level with my feet to see the difference. It's that kind of thoroughness that I truly appreciate. I became a Shriner's Kid and now live a mostly normal life thanks to him. Thank you, Dr. Tom!
I love Dr. Tom but hate his front desk staff. Incompetent puts it nicely. i wish you could just schedule online.
Dr. Voychehovski is great, but his billing staff is terrible. They rarely keep straight how to process our insurance, so we get surprise bills! We constantly have to call and tell them how to fix it. Oops, did we bill you personally because your insurance was wrong (supposedly)? I get the feeling, because this happens so much, they really hoped we would double pay... I'm personally sick of dealing with the whole office, even though Voychehovski is personally great.
