I had a super visit in all way, in particular because of the very positive atmosphere in the office, with every single member seeking to enjoy what they were doing and wanting to give great patient care…. And they did!
Dr. Lesser put me at my ease. He listened to my history and concerns. His explanations were clear and understandable.
Efficient office staff. Professional service
The pathology result from my surgery wasn't great. Dr. Lesser calmly and honestly discussed my options with me (he had done this before). We agreed on a plan to start with a radiation oncologist, with whom I'm currently making an appointment.
He gave me my results explained what the tests revealed.
Good: Waiting time was acceptable. 15-20 minutes. Professional staff. Doctor is easy to talk to and addresses all questions in a clear manner. Not so good: Must register online before ( which I did) otherwise appointment is canceled.
Dr. Lessor and his team made my mother feel comfortable and confident that they could solve her problem. We feel heard and thankful to be in their care.
Fun, cool and professional. Dr Tim is the kind of doctor you want!
