Dr lesser knows how to reassure you. I felt so comfortable having my cystoscope be handled by him. He stays afterwards to help answer any questions you have, and also is good at easing tension with his jokes as well, which are much appreciated. will 1000% go back to him. Just make sure you ask for any accommodations you need like laughing gas before a procedure is done!!! Cysto is not fun, but it is super quick. Laughing gas makes it quicker.

Dr. Lesser GETS IT! He knows that patients want to be heard, want the latest in medical knowledge, and want to be treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Lesser excels in all of the above.
Affable, knowledgeable and caring
Dr. Lesser was extremely approachable and had taken the time to get familiarized with previous test results, considering it was my first visit.He took the time to explain why I should not be concerned about an specific comment from a test result.
