Yes their office went through a change of staff and things were not organized properly and it was a little crazy. But that does not take away from the fact that Dr Arasu is a wonderful, caring doctor and so are all the nurses. I don't mind waiting when I know I am seeing professional staff. This office fought tooth and nail with my insurance to get my son on the right medication. Not too many offices will do that. I'm forever grateful.

Nurse Practitioner Emily in the Lakeland office was absolutely amazing with my son. She addressed our problem , did not rush us at all and made my son feel so comfortable. Very professional and relatable . Office wait and environment wasn’t the best experience but NP Emily made up for it and was worth the waiting room experience.
