I am extremely happy with my treatment from Dr. Susan Reimbold and her staff. My vision is extremely poor and they went above and beyond to find contacts that would work. My vision has greatly improved. They also work very well with my health insurance. So happy to have them as my Optometrist.
I love this practice-Dr. Reimbold's exam is very thorough with clear explanations using the latest technology. I used to dread eye exams when I went to Pearl Vision or Lens Crafters due to long wait times and impersonal care. What a difference experience you get at this practice- it is awesome!
I have been a patient of Dr. Reimbold since last April 2016 and I love this office. The staff is very welcoming and Dr. Reimbold is "Awesome!" She takes the time to explain what she is reviewing when she examines your eyes. She listens to what your health concerns may be and is very personable. Also, she welcomes any valuable recommendations or suggestions you may have. I always leave her office feeling really good about my overall vision & health.
Dr. Reimbold, and the Reimbold Eye Group set the highest standard in professional excellence. Dr. Reimbold is exceptionally thorough, and effectively communicates the individual circumstances and conditions, in order to accommodate making the best decisions for our eye health and vision maintenance. The Reimbold Eye Group staff, is also very courteous, diligent, knowledgeable and attentive in following up on the treatment and prescription fulfillment. You will be very pleased with their service.
We love love love Dr. Reimbold and her entire staff!!! She is incredible with kids and adults as well and is extremely caring and engaging. This is an excellent practice. The office is is beautifully arranged and frames are easily acceessible to try on. Dr. Reimnold is the consummate professional and uses the latest in technology to provide the best diagnosis and treatment for her patients. She explains what she's doing every step of the way and how/why it could impact the your vision. I won'the go anywhere else!
I can not begin to say enough great things about this practice! From the care and information given to me about the condition of my eye as well as the extremely friendly staff. Dr. Reinbold is truly a one of a kind practitioner. She has absolutely astonishing bedside manner. I will never go to another optometrist.
