The staff would not give our messages to the doctor. She was unaware we were trying to contact her. Then we were told there was no record of us trying to make contact! We think highly of Dr. Reimbold, have been patients of hers for 25 yrs. Today we had an appointment to talk to the doctor, waited 25 mins. Never did see her. Left them with our useless glasses and will not be back! Truly sorry our fine relationship with her ended this way!
I had a great experience with my eye exam from Dr. Reimbold, and I strongly recommend her. She is highly knowledgeable and professional and gave me a thorough exam. Dr. Reimbold explained everything to me and showed me images on the computer of what my eyes looked like. It was very impressive and also very informative. I've had a wonderful experience with the whole Reimbold Eye Group team! First, it took me a few minutes to get scheduled and have my questions answered over the phone prior to the visit. When I came on the day of the appointment, all I had to do was just sign a few consent papers since all my paperwork had been already filled and insurance checked. Excellent service. Always a great experince. I love the fact that Dr. Reimbold explains every detail as it relates to your eyes., I gained so much knowledge not only about my own vision but my family members as well.

Dr Reimbold is excellent. Very thorough and takes time to explain everything. Everyone there works hard to excel at what they do. My husband and I both go to her and I can recommend without hesitation!
