Dr.Reimbold spends the time. She explains what she is doing and explains the procedures that she or other Doctors have done - I had recently had a cataract removed. Always thorough and pleasant. She has been my eye professional for 20 years.
My first visit to Dr. Reimbold turned out a pleasant experience. Dr. Reimbold explained her medical findings thoroughly, shared her expertise insights patiently, and personally advised me in selecting my glasses - what a wonderful vision care she provides!
Although I had to wait do to an earlier emergency Dr Reimbold and staff were very apologetic. This will be an eye office I will recommend to anyone looking. Thank you again Dr. Reimbold for your patience when answering questions.
Dr. Susan Reimbold was so incredibly helpful. My daughter had convergence insufficiency and she understood. She talked with my daughter one and one and made her so comfortable. Dr. Reimbold is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We drove an hour just to see and I would do it again. I can not recommend Dr. Reimbold enough!
Excellent care
I've been seeing Dr. Reimbold for almost 20 years. She is extremely thorough in her exam, and she spends the necessary time to make sure you completely understand what is going on with your eyes. She presented me with multiple options for my eyes, gave me samples of different contacts to try out, and is helping me to make the best (and well informed) decisions possible. I would recommend Dr. Reimbold to anyone needing an eye care professional.
Dr. Reimbold took time and explained every aspect of the examination, including why she was doing it and what it revealed.
Thoughtful, thorough and kind. Explained what all the various tests and results meant. Gave me options. Well organized support staff.
