Dr. Reimbold truly cares about her patients. She takes time to carefully listen to concerns or problems, asks questions, and then determines a course of action that takes into account not only the problem, but the needs of the individual patient. She also uses the most up to date technology and equipment, making each appointment a learning experience for me, not only about my eye health, but also about other facets of my general health. Her office staff is professional and attentive.
The doctor and staff were great, however a little disappointed it has been a week and still haven't heard about my glasses. Wish they would be ready in a day two as most of other places, other than that the doctor was awesome.
Tried to fulfill a first time appointment and was delayed without notice for an hour. Only after asking the receptionist was I told there was a missed appointment and that we would be delayed. Not off to a good start, disrespecting a first time customer's time.

She goes out of her way to welcome patients/customers as they walk through the door. Her staff is also very warm and welcomes people into the office.
Dr. Reimbold takes her time to explain details of the exam so you understand. No other doctor has ever spent this much time with me. She is very through. Her equipment is high tech and first rate. Very prompt with appointments.
Dr. Reimbold and her entire team of professionals are, in one word, OUTSTANDING! Their level of care, support, and knowledge far outweigh any other doctor's office I have visited. Each time I stop in, I am greeted with genuine enthusiasm and always receive tremendous customer service. Dr. Reimbold is incredibly knowledgeable and teaches me new things about the eye each time I visit. She is sincere and genuine her efforts to help others. I will never again see another Optometrist! Thank you!!!
Dr. Susan Reimbold was the most caring individual during the examination (at which time she found a cataract). She recommended one of the greatest surgery centers in Atlanta to have the cataract removed. The day of the exam, she called to encourage me because she knew I was a nervous wreck. I had the surgery and she was right - there was nothing to worry about, I was in good hands. All of the follow-up visits have been with Dr. Reimbold. I can't say enough good about her. Highly recommend!
