Front desk worker was decent. Her nurse (Jennifer) was great and very friendly. After waiting for almost an hour to see Dr. Thiru she only spent 15 minutes with me, very cold and short. She said medication was the best option and that she sent the prescription to my pharmacy, and they she will see me in a month.
She addressed my situation professionally and tried to explain things so that we knew what may be going on. She did her job well.
Dr. Thiru is very caring and discussed all treatment options. I have long standing headaches, my headaches have significantly improved and I feel like a new person. I am very thankful to her.
Dr. T has no bedside manner and is very cold.
Spent 15 min with me and asked very few questions. Very cold hearted, uppity Dr. Let UHC know that too! Billed insurance for >1 hr. Office told me they had the proper referral, twice and did not. Would not call my PCP's office back to get proper referral. Even UHC representative, stated their billing office never returned her 2 phone calls. I finally got insurance to pay, but billed $645.00, an they disallowed over $400 and paid her $245. I owe nothing but not due to them with proper billing!!!
Excellent physician. Very kind and on time. She really listens and cares about her patients.
Ms.Supriya is very excellent . she took quick decision , due to her support my husband survive without paralysis. Hér greeat support quick appointment with MRi. with surgeon. She personally explained MRi office that she wants report quick ,without westing time she had talk to surgeon requesting for early appointment . I will never forget. She is best in her field very knowledgeable and she is utilizing her best knowledge with speedy manner once again I thanks to her.
If you want a personable Dr then she is NOT for you. She is a good neurologist though she will not do small chit chat though which I like because it helps me form trust in a Doctor.
