The entire staff is great, starting with the nurse. Jennifer is nice, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Thiru takes time to explain things. I am able to understand everything done

The Dr, PA, and nurse really listen. They don’t just tell me what to, they include me in decision making process.

My wife has dementia and the doctor was treating her for it. We moved 90 miles away, so we would drive for 3 hours round trip because I wanted my wife to have the same doctor she had been seeing. The social security messed up on our new address and we didn't receive her new soc. security card. We drove 3 hours for her appointment and they would not accept her old card even though social security said they have to so they would not see her for her appointment, and they will not fill prescriptions

If there is a minus mark I would have given to this female. I can’t even call her a doctor. If she is busy she shouldn’t give the appointment. Period. You don’t just give appointment and send your potty mouthed PA to tell all the information I already know.

It took several phone called to get an appointment scheduled, the scheduling department never answers the phone. Once I finally made it to the office, the front desk staff clerk and nurse were wonderful. I ended up seeing the PA, without being told. I did not see the doctor at all. I scheduled a follow up appointment with the doctor, but didn't see her then either. The PA goes out to talk to her, but she doesn't come in. I check in on time, and get pulled back on time, but have to wait forever.

Front desk worker was decent. Her nurse (Jennifer) was great and very friendly. After waiting for almost an hour to see Dr. Thiru she only spent 15 minutes with me, very cold and short. She said medication was the best option and that she sent the prescription to my pharmacy, and they she will see me in a month.

She addressed my situation professionally and tried to explain things so that we knew what may be going on. She did her job well.
