I had my first visit today and I found her to be very kind. She listened to my concerns and narrowed down a plan to help find some solutions to my pain. She is very knowledgeable of rare conditions. I was happy with my visit and it is nice to find a very compassionate doctor. The nurses and front office were very thorough as well.
Today I brought my elderly parents for their first visit. As a very organized person, I always carry copies of their IDs, medication lists, and insurance cards. The front desk lady took the new pt's paperwork, came back in 5 minutes, and said 'We can not see your parents because you didn't bring the original IDs'. I have been taking copies of id's for the past 6 years. I work in the doctor's office and have been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Everyone has digital images of everything on their phones. Their off... read more
She is very thorough, cares about my claustrophobia. She has confidence that I will be able to use a c-pap machine.
She was very understanding with my claustrophobia. She has confident in me that I can do it. She was very thorough.
Love Dr. T she is caring, respectful, and understanding to my needs. Took care of pain instantly without hesitation.
I went to see Dr Thiru for a specific reason at the request of another physician. She spent the entire visit asking me about headaches, which was NOT the reason I was there. As she was leaving the room, I had to call her back and tell her AGAIN why I was there. She acted a bit perturbed and went through only a brief, cursory exam but did not address my problem. She sent prescriptions to my pharmacy for headaches after I explained that not only did I not need them, I was allergic to the medication and was told by 3 physicians... read more
Not taking enough Covid19 precautions. Tried to insist my copay was more than double what it actually was. Steer clear.
Absolutely terrible. Called the office after a seven-day headache and was told they would check with the doc. Called my PCP, who sent in a script for a migraine medicine (NOT a controlled medication) that helped that same day. Got a call back from Dr. Thirunarayanan's office THREE DAYS LATER saying, "Go to the ER." Been trying to get them to handle a pre-authorization for Emgality for a month with no calls back, no updates. I keep calling and having leave messages.
I have a very difficult time reaching the doctor. I have called 3 times to tell her the medication that was subscribed was causing problems. I have not had a response.
