Not a very helpful or considerate staff. First, they don't let you know that Google maps does not have their location yet and so you end up 20 blocks away with no idea where you need to go. Upon arrival I was 30 minutes late and they said that would be OK and I would still be seen that day. After some time I asked why I didn't have a wristband I was told that they needed to communicate with someone in Dr. Steinloft's office.
