While I was waiting for the doctor, a young woman came in and signed the appointment book indicating an appointment the same time as mine. After reviewing the calendar, the office staff informed her that she was not scheduled. She was outwardly disappointed and upset. A staff member remembered the young woman calling to inquire about an appointment but did not actually make one, but the office staff managed to schedule her for a little later that day. I also was impressed with the doctor.
I had my surgery yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about dr Chen and .his team..they were very professional..while being human and attending to my every need..all I can say is that they were all excellent, and I can't think of one thing I can complain about..thank you for a wonderful experience!
