I had droopy eyelids that impeded my vision and I was referred to Dr. Chen by Dr. Kelly Cross, my optometrist. I had gone in for my yearly eye exam and she said I think you need to have blepharoplasties. I scheduled an appointment and went in, had the testing needed for the insurance company and once approved, the procedure was scheduled. Both eyes needed to be done but it was one at a time. Dr. Chen was very thorough explaining the procedure. He neglected to say it would be PAIN FREE, and for that I am very thankful. His office staff, especially Audrey, went that extra mile to solve a problem with my insurance company.
Dr. Chen is a rock star! I was referred to him by my Opthomologist to address issues I have with my right upper lid. Dr. Chen performed two surgeries with great results and explained everything completely before, during and after. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends
