My primary doctor to whom I trust my life referred me to DR. BEN-DAVID to repair an incarcerated inguinal hernia. Having a prior surgery in the same area doing my procedure laparoscopically was very iffy and only a doctor as skilled as Dr. Ben-David could even attempt the procedure. I have been with Dr Rivera for almost 20 yrs and birthed 3 children . I was super disappointed with the nurse and the person with her . The nurse did not even introduce who the second person was . They were laughing at my answers and rolling eyes . She even called in the wrong medicine to cvs . When I explained that to her she said “ ok “ did not even apologize. In 20 yrs my worst experience in his office very unprofessional.
