There is no rating less than 1. I wish I can give a zero. The front desk person is terrible. And the doctor makes you wait 1.5 to 2 hrs . No comments about any treatment. Overall they want to charge 500 per visit and I don’t thing there is anything special about the doctor. And less we talk about the front desk lady the better it is. She is a disaster to deal with.
Doctor is amazing BUT the front desk lady is too rude I say. She talks loud , makes faces, greets less , commands and has zero patience. Not sure why doctor still prefers her as it’s declining her reputation and there are plenty of them who are far better than her ready to take this job position happily. Doctor Lakshmi Pinnamaraju is one of the kids specialized doctor in Novi, MI area. Doctor is awesome and available on call over weekend if kids are sick or any emergency. I will recommend Dr. Pinnamaraju for new patients.
