Be sure you ask how much his office visit is and what your insurance will cover. He charged $800 for a short conversation with 2 prescriptions. They didn't even have my records in advance of my appointment. Since he's out of network I am stuck with a $400 bill. They lowered it to $250 which is still completely unreasonable! This is everything wrong with insurance today. The absolute gall of charging $800 is just disgusting.
I have recommended him to many people, and even my PT recommends him. He is so excellent that I’ve followed him when he has changed offices. On a rating scale of 1-5, I give him a 10!
Dr Simon is a very kind doctor. I've been going to Facey for over 20 years and this young doctor helped me with my back pain. I started therapy and am not using my walker as much. He looked at my mri and knew right away what was going on and the gave me a epidurmal shot for my back. The doctor helped me a lot, was a good listener and I'm feeling better
Dr. Dardashti is the answer for anyone out there in pain! Ever feel like no one is listening about your pain? Go to Dr.D he will listen and most of all help you feel better! Best combination of great bedside manner and technical knowledge out there.

What a really nice and caring doctor. His whole staff was very organized and on top of things. I got arthritis injections for my back and after 3 visits can start gardening again.
I have been in chronic pain for over 10 years and have visited several doctors over that time. I've never met a Clinic or Doctor who is so gosh darn STRICT with prescribing pain medication!!! Why do I have to do a Urine Drug test!?!? They're asking me to decrease my medication at every visit. I know what's going on in the news, BUT for us in legitimate pain I wish they would take it easy. Even so, I appreciate their care and help, the doctor and staff are very nice and polite.
Both my husband and I have seen Dr. Dardashti for pain issues, and have both found him to be very experienced and knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. You feel you have his full attention when you are in his office, which is not always the case with every physician. Would recommend him with great enthusiasm for anyone having pain.
