I was a patient of Dr. Mittal for 15 years, and both of my children were also patients of hers. Unfortunately, after all those years, I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. Outdated but felt like it should be said: This office has the most incompetent and rude staff in existence. Dr. Mittal is great, We saw her for many years in the 2010s. However, her staff insisted on putting my sibling in a life-threatening situation because they were not able to competently provide an epi-pen prescription all over an outstanding $5 copay and Dr. Mittal supported her staff's incompetence and dropped us as patients.
