I think the text about scheduling a Medicare annual visit is misleading and appears to be from my doctors office when it is really an automated process. If reflects badly on the practice.
Dr. Kettel makes me feel comfortable when I have a check up, I never feel rushed and I trust him. The nurses and their personnel are attentive and very professional.
The only concern I experienced was reaffirm. My appoint was at 10 am. I got back to the exam room at 10:45. Then I waited until 11:30 am to see the doctor. 6 patients came in and were seen before me. I didn't leave until 12:15!
