As always, Dr. Kettel took the time necessary to determine the best method of treatment.
Wait times are too long schedules too many people back to back, not able to get to the patients in a timely manner I've waited over an hour and a half, after appointment time an hour late is about the normal

Dr. Kettel spent the time I needed to help me understand my recent diagnosis and explain my test results that had been admin earlier during a ER visit.
