Everything about this visit was as pleasant and positive as a doctor's appt can be. My only small complaint is that I waited almost an hour to see the doctor and that usually isn't the case.
The people in this office always seem to know what they are doing and are compassionate
Dr Kettel always takes time to listen & does not rush you out of the office....that is appreciated
Entire office greeted you & were cheerful & helpful throughout appointment from start to finish.
Seth Kettel is a very caring doctor you can not find better
Staff is friendly, nurses are very nice, professional
Doc is amazing and explains things in detail so I'm able to clearly understand. The only thing I don't like is that I'm always waiting at least an hour most of the time more after my scheduled appointment time before being seen.
