Dr. Kettel’s bedside manner is top notch and he’s concerned about his patients. I never feel rushed. I met Dr. Kettel during one of the worse days of my life while in the hospital he was resident. He was not practicing when I first met him that day at the hospital, but as soon as I found out he was practicing 4 years later I became a patient. Very satisfied with speed of getting an appointment and felt very reassured with treatment plan we both agreed on.
I waited in the room over 45 minutes and the doctor never showed up to see me after the doctors called and asked me to move my appointment to that day and time. I could hear the dr on the phone but he never came to my room to see me. I'll never go to see that doctor again
I have had upper respiratory infections before and antibiotics always clear it up but the Dr refused to prescribe them for me
