The staff and Dr. Kettel are the very best. Dr. Kettel listens to you carefully,, answers questions and takes time for you,always.
Phone call visit, allowed time to hear my symptoms, and answer my questions.
Never seems to run on time,even first thing in morning, Everyone's time is important.
Physician spent most of his time talking to other members of his team with casual talk about weekend outside the exam room. Not very professional. Not sure they realize how loud they were and I sat waiting for my appointment for 20 minutes. He came in totally unprepared for my visit and it was very obvious he never looked at my chart ahead of time. I was Not impressed with this doctor. Needs to work on his professionalism
