Dr Kettel made me feel relaxed and was very interested in listening to me about my health concerns so he could address each concern.
Had a really good tele health visit with Dr. Kettle. was booked. The staff asked if it was ok with another doctor. I immediately said yes! Very happy with the care I received.

After attempting to deal with Dr Kettle's rude staff, I gave up trying to make an appointment with him. They put me in hold for over 30 minutes and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I've heard he's a good physician, unfortunately, I'll never know.
