I was given a song and dance when trying to get forms filled our for my employer and for a referral when I was moving to another state... I kept being referred to my PCP and My PCP kept saying it was Dr. Metha's job to fill out the forms. Some forms for my employer were never fill out....At one point I called to get an appointment because I was having some physical issue was treated very poorly by person on the other end of the phone. I was not able to get an appointment for at least two months
