He is not very thorough. More impressed with changing medicines. Told my granddaughtet, that was not his patient that she was fat and over weight, she was only 17yo. Very rude to personel. Will not release medical records to new dr.

You can tell a lot by the staff they have. I rated a 1 because there wasn't anything lower to rate. I have had testing done to determine I very possibly have MS. The symptoms are worse almost weekly there is something more going on. Instead of bringing me back in for a sooner appt to discuss the results and treatment they schedule me for a month and a half out then call me up to reschedule til later in August. Not sure if he really has the patient in mind when all this is being decided.

Not enough room for all complaints; here's the biggest ones: 1) can't get human on phone at anytime( even during office hrs- their policy is leave msg- call back w/I 72 hrs., 2) never ran any tests- but diagnosed me w/ EPILEPSY, 3) pushes newest meds on MKT., 4) after 1st visit, never spends more than 2 min w/ patient in f/u visits, 5) rude, interrupts doesn't listen, appears not to care, 6) treats pharm.reps better than patients, 7) didn't respond to Hosp. When admitted thru ER, 2 much2 list

At my last appt with him I waited 2 hours to be seen, the staff was extremely rude to not just me, but my husband as well. They talked about us in the hall within listening distance from the room we were in, and started to close down the office. My appt was at 3 and by 5 I still hadn't seen anyone so I left and found someone else.
